It kinda depends on the person. For me, it helps with my breathing a lot more than anything. I’m a smoker so its hard for me to breathe as it is but running seems to help with that. At first, I was so winded and out of breath that it was ridiculous. But now its not as painful or difficult to breathe. Your body just has to get used to it and once it does, your golden :)
And running also helps build your endurance so you can work out longer and not get so tired. Or run longer and not get tired. But running alone won’t help you lose weight. It might take off some pounds, but you have start eating healthy for it to really make an impact.
Working out, running and eating healthy is what’s really gonna help you lose weight.
